Getting started
Go to the official download section. When an APK has been published, tap Download APK on your Android phone. Open the file, review Android's prompts, then install. If you already have the app, use a release signed with the same signing key to update without uninstalling it.
Common questions
A new APK has not yet been published. Please check again later or contact your app administrator.
Check Android compatibility, available storage, and whether the APK matches the signature of an app already installed. Do not uninstall an existing app without protecting your data.
Check your credentials and internet connection. For password or access issues, contact the administrator of your organization.
Your organization's plan or your assigned permissions may not include it. Ask your administrator to review access or subscription options.

When reporting an issue, include your app version, Android version, a brief description, and a screenshot if useful. Never send passwords, one-time codes, or full payment-card details.
Security note
Only download releases from an official source you trust. If Android warns that a file may be harmful, verify the release with your administrator before proceeding.
