1. Scope
This policy describes the handling of information for the PEE CMS Android application and its official APK download website. It should be read alongside your organization’s privacy notices if your church, ministry, or school separately controls information uploaded into the service.
2. Information processed
Depending on the features used and actual system configuration, information may include:
- Account information such as name, email, phone number, role, and login credentials.
- Records entered by authorized organizations, potentially including member, visitor, attendance, school, payment, and communication information.
- Technical records needed for reliability and security, such as device type, IP address, access times, and error logs.
- Information submitted when contacting support or requesting help.
Before publication: Confirm each category above against the live app and remove anything it does not collect. Add any omitted sensitive or children’s-data practices.

This download page reads a public release-information file to display the latest APK details.
9. Children and sensitive information
If the service processes children’s information, religious affiliation, or other sensitive categories, the operator and subscribing organizations must apply the additional safeguards required by applicable law.
